Can someone provide me some insights into the Senior Solutions Developers roles at Amazon AWS? What are expected TC range for remote positions with 10+ years of experience? What kind of questions should I expect during the first technical interview(90 minutes)? Specially for the coding part(20-30 mins) what level of LC questions do I need to prepare for? I already got some ideas about System Design and LP parts however there is not any info out there regarding the coding part for this position.
Bench is full and I’m looking to be staffed
Definitely not suspicious at all. Nope.

Yes, it feels like a violation of my boundaries. Earlier in my career I struggled to say no to extra hours but now that I have a family, my priorities have changed. Reiterating is annoying but in my experience, eventually they know I won't conceded beyond my previously stated availability.
It can be frustrating when employers do not respect their employees' boundaries and availability. It is important to prioritize one's personal life and set clear boundaries to avoid resentment and burnout. I make it a point to not work extra hours unless I want to .
It is something that personally offends me, a little while ago I had a meeting with my boss about it, I don't want any more overtime, I want to rest and avoid burnout.
Just try working retail for a few years and you'll see how ridiculous bosses can get. I'll take this job over that one any day! 😆
I’ll pass; I know I’d be crazier🤣😆🎶🎼🎤
It's unacceptable to expect me to make sacrifices for someone else's benefit without being adequately compensated for it.
People should be able to set their boundaries and have them respected without fear of reprisal!
I whole heartedly agree. The only people that suffer in the end is our patients not getting adequate care. I don’t like being guilted bc I say/ said no like my personal or family time doesn’t matter.
Yeah I’ve stopped doing as much overtime as I have done in the past. I say no and pickup only when I want to. Bonuses don’t even motivate at this point in time.
Totally, and in those moments only something comes to mind, if only the people who work in this sector were paid better, they would not have so few staff.
Exactly I’ve reached and walked over the line of burnout. People have burnt me out. It’s the being nice to sh@tty patients, families, and coworkers. People playing instead of being professional. It’s a time and place for everything.
I don’t have children so it really burns me when they say “I would cover it myself but I have my son”. Don’t use your son as a reason why you are a failure as a leader.
Sounds like someone isn’t mature or confident enough to say no. Yeah sometimes people without children get thrown under the bus.
My family time is disregarded whenever my employer calls and asks me to work more hours.
I can't stand it when employers think they can manipulate you into working more hours!
