I have an interview with Korn Ferry for an associate principal role and am curious about others’ experiences have been with work-life balance here. Also, I have an idea of what I should be compensated in this type of role, but any insights on how they pay compared to others would be helpful. Are you traveling during the pandemic or have client interactions been virtual? Lastly, if you are a consultant here, are you on billable hours? My current consulting role is not - so this would be new.

Not familiar with Salesforce and have a feasibility question. There is a web app built in Salesforce that allows users to upload documents (PDFs). Is it possible to access these documents in their native form (pdf) from the “backend”. TIA!

I’m not sure if I’m overthinking this but I (25M) have a feeling a friend(23F) is hitting on me. Whenever we hang out she’ll get really close and keep touching/poking me whenever we need to turn corners, cross the block, etc because she’s the navigator. When we sit next to each other on the bench she’ll be up on my personal space up. Just a lot of shoulder to shoulder touching. I had other female friends this touchy as well but I wouldn’t think anything of it because some people are touchier 1/2

My mom is mid-50s and has started having what appear to be mini blackouts. Her face contorts like she is laughing or crying, and she is unresponsive for 5-10 seconds. When we ask her what is wrong, she has no idea what we are talking about and no memory of the event.

Convinced that I have excessive daytime sleepiness — anyone here dealt with the same as a medical condition? How did you solve? To be clear, caffeine and even amphetamines do NOT help me. The drowsiness hits at around 2 pm every single day no matter how much sleep I get and is absolutely debilitating. My ability to concentrate disappears, and god help me if I’m scheduled for a meeting at that time in a warm conference room. Performance is definitely being negatively impacted. Please help? 😴😴😴

Anyone do fasted-ish workouts with just coffee?

I tried it with MCT oil and it just kind of made me feel... oily. Don't really want to give up the cream so it's not black coffee though I know that's not really fasted at that point.

Wondering if anyone had a good approach to this. Was trying to do fasted cardio AM then lift PM.

Anyone have tips for dealing with pain caused by stress/anxiety? For over two years I’ve had this unexplained back/shoulder/neck pain and the doctors couldn’t pin it on anything. I transitioned out of running my own business and into a traditional role and the pain immediately disappeared. Now that I’ve been in the role for 6 months I’m having flare ups again. I’ve narrowed it down to be stress induced. I’ve started therapy, and I do strength training 3x a week. Any more tips? Apps for stress?
