1-28 Brief TA:
Does anyone have experience with Ben Glass’s “Great Legal Marketing” programs? https://greatlegalmarketing.com
I ordered a free “starter kit” from his company and received a decent-sized box with some books and audio CD’s. Haven’t listened to the CD’s yet, but the books aren’t bad, with plenty of practical advice.
Now he’s running a promotion where you can get two months of his basic-level course for just $19.95 to cover the cost of shipping. It seems that Ben is one of the better-regarded legal marketing “gurus” out there.

Should have been a flag!🤬
I've worked at the same engineering firm for 4 years. I'm currently making $161k with only a $750 bonus, but excellent vacation (4 weeks, cash out anytime, rolls over indefinitely), 45 hours a week. I have an interview with a recruiter at Guidehouse this week for a Technical Project Manager role. It seems to be focused in the government space and requires a security clearance. What sort of salary and benefits could I expect for this sort of role at Guidehouse?

Westin
Westin... lived there for 18 months, be friendly to the staff and they will take care of you
LeVeque (Marriott) if you can afford it. Otherwise Westin if you're single. Hooked up with several consultants there.
If you can Definitely try the Le meridian Joseph. Spent a year there and they were amazing!!
Westin. As a bonus, it is allegedly haunted!
The Joseph (SPG).
Westin. Wait it's haunted? What's the backstory?
D2 - The more interesting part was the hookup, not haunted
Yeah, the 7th floor of the Westin is no longer in use. It used to be the ballroom floor when the hotel was The Great Southern Hotel. Guests staying on the 6th floor often hear classic band music coming from the 7th floor and supposedly some have see a ghostly woman of the period in ballroom garb. Not that I believe any of it but it adds another point of interest besides M1's hookups.
I lived at the Sheraton for about 8 months. It's a bit dark but the rooms are massive and the staff was friendly, especially if you're platinum. The Westin was decent but the standard rooms are much smaller.
