Heat will kill virus. We don’t need vaccine.

Heckuva job, Trumpy!

This guy is clueless. This will be his first real test. It is easier to bash immigrants but hard to fix a difficult situation.

Well Dr Limbaugh says it’s just like the common cold.

This stuff is like a slow moving train wreck. Makes me waay less interested in normal politics and biz drama. We are still In probably the 2nd inning

Except when Covid19 is done half the boardroom seats of the Fortune500 will need new members. That 30 million n95s vs 300 n95s a month. That is a real issue.

It’s not there if you don’t/ can’t test, for it. Japanese quit testing, Thailand quit testing,

No word yet on if Vandorne or Gutierrez will replace. Not sure if Vandorne would want to forgo his upcoming formula e championship races now that he's doing well in the championship. On the other hand, would get to drive last year's Mercedes on track.

Trump has been pandering to anti-vaxxers. He is also pushing to expedite COVID vaccines. What is he going to tweet once a (rushed) vaccine is released to motivate the general pop and anti vaxxers to take the vaccine? Give me your best Trump tweet!

Has anyone had period and covid at the same time? My period cramps are normally horrible but the intensity of pain has reached a new level where it’s almost unbearable. Was wondering if anyone else has gone through it and has any solutions.

From out of town, will a picture of my covid vaccination be sufficient for indoor activities or do I have to bring the physical vaccination card?

I am stuck in my career. I work in Accounting/Finance consulting and I'm trying to transition off my client. I've been asking my managers for months and it has been a challenge with Covid. However, part of me believes they are not doing this due to the following:
1. They do not believe I can do better work outside of my current client.
2. They need the cash coming in.
3. It's not a priority.

I was informed I'd get time to study for my exam, but this still has not been the case. What do I do?

Thoughts on NIO. I have calls 6-8 months out returning 100% due to the jump this past two weeks. Should I hold on or take the profit? I think they are going to be big soon (trajectory similar to Tesla) specially given population in China, how controlled Covid is, how ahead they are in EV game. The only 2 downsides are it’s state run manufacturing and Tesla competition with Giga Shanghai.

Lot of negatives from Covid. Am curious to poll this crowd on what we think the long term positives will be, both for consultants and society at large. Let’s generate some positive vibes.

My boyfriend is finally able to get his covid vaccine next week after having been out of the ICU for having had COVID and pneumonia. I’m super worried about him and how sick he might get, as I got very sick from the shots after having contracted a minor COVID infection, myself, early this year. Has anyone experience this scenario? Any tips or things I should be aware of or watch out for? (Presuming he is going to not feel well and I’ll be taking care of him)

I have been unproductive in the past few weeks with having no more things to pursue in my job and personal issues with the green card processing delay, travel restrictions with quarantine requirements in the home country, covid restrictions in my area, anxiety with busy sesson coming up, etc. I'm single living by myself. The reason why I'm still with my company is to wait for my GC to be approved. Any advice how to cope with this?

I hope no one else went through what I am going through but nevertheless wanted to check. Five months pregnant after two years of fertility issues and auto immune disease. Lost my dad in another country suddenly, he was only 63. Couldnt travel to meet him or be there for my family because of covid risk. I am the eldest, how do I go through this. My dad was everything for me and my pillar of support. People are asking me not to cry and protect my baby, how do I deal with this :( miss u dad.

I am currently 6 weeks pregnant and still WFH. There are a high number of COVID cases in my area. Recently I am being asked to attend client and team events outside of the office in the evenings that would require me closely interacting with others and also presented with wine, etc. at dinner. I do not feel comfortable announcing yet given I am extremely early and high risk pregnancy. Any ideas on how to avoid? I am running out of one off excuses and cannot use COVID since I used to attend

I have a CoPR but no PR cards and currently in US. Can I travel to Canada via road? Are borders closed for PR holders due to covid?

Parents flying back this Tuesday. Where to get Covid test in NJ? Would need to do it by tomorrow. Checked CVS and Walgreens but are all booked.

Hi everyone, looking for advice on current job situation. Recently left Deloitte after a few years for a job in industry, primarily because I was burnt out since COVID began. Have been at new company for a couple months and have enjoyed it, but recently heard back from another interview and received offer with higher comp in my industry/company of preference. I understand that I’ll probably be blacklisted at my current company, but what other repercussions should I be concerned about if I switch

Hi Guys. Moved to Dallas from Chicago about a month back with my spouse. Being new to the place, been wanting to connect and meet up with those living around. COVID isn't helping either though. We are around 30, Indians moved to US in 2014, love to eat out, sit in cafes and parks. No drinks.

You all do realize COVID will be here for the rest of time, right? I am vaccinated, for the record. No matter how many Americans get the shot the virus will be here forever.

I’m playing SAHM on leave to take care of my young kids during COVID. I feel like I’m terrible at this. There’s a reason I’m not a SAHM. I have a hard time being present for my kids for most of a day. I’m super anxious about getting back to work. I’m angry at the situation and worry that I’m self sabotaging over it to make sure no one has a good time. By the end of the day I feel like crap and doing anything like working on my skills or working out seems impossible. Need new perspectives!
