you’re changing your routine up, i would breakouts aren’t out of the question
usually it takes 3 months for skin to normalize after big changes - wouldn’t hurt to go ahead and see a dermatologist though
Yeah your bodies going to need a minute to catch up. It’s out of whack. For women, can even mess with their cycle. All is well, drink more water, exercise (cardio) to flush out toxins. It may take awhile but hopefully it doesn’t
Excuse my typos 🤦🏾♀️. But you get the gist of it.
This just happened to me - I’m not sure why but added in zinc soap and rosehip oil and the breakouts are lessening
Give it more time, a month is not long for your skin. Assess again next month and see if improved
Or, your body is detoxing. One of the first signs of that is your body purging toxins via your skin, which can result in breakouts.
Certainly not trying to be rude, but I do believe it is important to denounce pseudoscience. That type of thinking is what causes people to buy snake oil or for people to die from treatable diseases because they listen to a quack.
The following two articles provide several quotes from experts and links to scientific articles. I could find more but it’s a little hard on the mobile app. 😊

It’s been a month, I guess that could be a while longer? Lady fish here, so I guess maybe next month will be better? Definitely not going back to eating what I was eating before, but man... the obstacles
If it doesn’t get better after a month, go see a dermatologist. Breakouts can be a result of a lot of things.
In the meantime, wash/change your pillowcases regularly and make sure your skin is moisturized. Dry winter skin is a big culprit of breakouts.
What else are you eating or drinking? But, breakouts are normally hormone driven or bacteria driven. So, you might have made a drastic change too fast. Or maybe you need to change up how you wash your face
Yeah, soy is tricky. It has a molecule that acts like estrogen. I'm not a woman, but something I found out that literally cleared my skin was using the right moisturer for my face and use it often. I use Tarte and I also use a face wash that has tea tree oil. Those two make a killer combo. The reason I mention moisturer is sometines hormone changes causes your skin to produce more oil. So if you are drying your skin then your skin is going to produce even more oil and clog your pores. You can also try to a dermatologist they have options for both a simple antibotic or face cream.
You may be allergic to something new you are eating. I replaced milk with almond milk and would have fits of sneezing. Had to go back to regular milk.
Hmmmm, how do I figure it out? Worth doing one of those food sensitivity tests?
