Yes, me. I feel this so much. I actually have nightmares about going back into the office.

Same, been struggling to sleep well at the thought of going back

I feel the same way OP. But I also think going back into the office brings structure to my day. WFH full time has caused my days to run together and also my work days are longer

This is a good point.

I’m on the other end... I am excited and eager to get back into a collaborative work environment. Although I may still WFH a couple days a week.

Me too, unfortunately the office is now gone and WFH is permanent. I prefer to be around people.

Not sure what you do but there are a lot more remote jobs at big companies now! Why not start to look and see if you can find a good fit that will allowed for continued remote work?

I'm planning to have a serious discussion about compensation with my boss during EOY reviews. No raises since joining 3 years ago & am trying to get a realistic idea of what to ask for. Context: Class of 2016 at boutique business lit firm in HCOL SoCal; 86k salary; 1500 hours; no 401k; no remote. I handle my own caseload & supervise associates. Firm does not give annual raises. Quality of work isn't an issue. I like my firm/boss & would prefer not to leave if possible. Appreciate any insight!
