I just started a new job. However, I have been going through a medical procedure for over 2 years. My arrangement at my previous job was flexible. Is it appropriate to bring this up in the first week of employment with my new boss? I can’t physically stop going to the doctor, but I need to accrue time off since I’m a new hire and don’t want to get off on the wrong foot.

Just finished interviewing with team, was then contacted by the recruiter for a quick-call within an hour after the last interview. I wasn't free so pushed it another day. (2) Is this too fast to get contacted - meaning rejection and feedback? Recruiting Manager reviews submission
Submit to client
Then the talent may go through several rounds of interviews with a client depending on salary range (we work with a range from $12 hourly - 200k +)
