Fitness blender was my go to in university! 😃
I gave up my gym a few months ago when I had a baby and couldn’t fit it into my schedule. I love Peloton’s cycle and yoga classes. They also have great outdoor running and walking classes. The floor workouts are on the shorter side, though. YouTube has SO many great channels for free full-length floor workouts. Here are some of the best I’ve found:
HIIT/Cardio/Strength: Sydney Cummings, Heather Robertson, Yvette Bachman, Tracy Steen
Barre: BodyBarre, Coach Kel
Pilates: Barlates Body Blitz
Variety: PopSugar
Amazon Prime also has a ton of free workout videos. Just search “workouts” or “fitness”
I'm on Peloton too! Well would be if I wasn't sick.
Yoga by Adrienne
Yes! I second this! Adriene is my fav!
Peleton app, which I think is free, and Pure Barre on demand, which has an extended free trial of 60 days with the code “extendedtrial”
Just a chair or a counter! A mat or soft floor is also helpful, but you don’t need anything fancy.
Peloton!
They have a 90 day free trial right now! Then I think it’s $12.99 a month after that?
My hubby owns a Crossfit gym and he is posting at home WODs everyday.

I like to switch it up so it feels new every time vs sticking to the same person/video
Same! Equinox has a Tabatas workout I did yesterday (instructor is Ranier). I recommend! It’s posted on YouTube.

TRX suspension training. You can get a great workout, you can travel with it. It’s legit - lots of gyms use it and you can get a full body workout using body weight alone. I love mine! https://www.trxtraining.com
Second this. I bring it with me to hotels when I know the actual gym sucks. Now I just throw it over a door in my house and get to work.
