I’d be curious how much of that is due to immediate economic stress, which is theoretically less right now due to government support and no-evict policies, banks allowing deferments, etc, or broader stress associated with identity and worrying about the future. Either way, I have no doubt that is a major factor and shouldn’t be ignored.

A lot of the Walking Dead was filmed around Alpharetta so it makes sense

We already have 1,000 new cases since Mr. Kemp re-opened... smh

Those trends are misleading due to lags in reporting... they even draw a line at 14 days to highlight that lag.

What if it goes totally fine and we would have never known? My state is closed so selfishly...im looking to learn.

Yeah that’s what Italy thought at first. We know it’s not fine. We have the example of how it can go very wrong very quick. Couple that with inadequate testing and no way to trace the spread. The fact that the numbers are relatively low means social distancing is working!

Natural selection

Except it will likely not be those people that die, but the older generation they infect.

I think that will backfire but we shall see. Won’t take that long with no masks or distancing.

Let's see the experiment. Well my odds are cases increases. Those people will be sorry.

Seriously

Alpharetta is full of spoiled brats who never have to worry about anything growing up.

My doormen are very good. Some are better than others obviously, but overall very satisfied with the staff at my building. Very tight security, personable, etc. I live in a 120 unit apt with 8 staff total, incl. super.

Best to give equal amounts for all 8 even though some have never helped me, etc. (e.g., super or handyman has not helped me with anything)?

Hello Account Friends -
Our small agency is getting our feet wet with influencer outreach & I’d love n’ appreciate any input how to best handle influencers specifically with:

1) Influencer Replies (should we set a deadline, like 1-week, before moving on to our next pick)?
2) Any suggestions/resources for influencer rates? Many are coming back higher & unwilling to come down from what we see reasonable.

Thanks in advance!

Joined an UMM fund a few months back and things have been pretty lax and we haven’t pursued a new platform yet. I haven’t really got to fully own a workstream yet and instead am more task focused and just do what my VP tells me. It feels a lot different than BCG where it was all about ownership and I’m worried I’m falling behind the learning curve. Any folks have a perspective to share on this?

No other big expenses other than mortgage & food & car, low key person generally not extravagant. But I want this. It's $250/ month for family (2 adults, 2 kids in onsite daycare).
