Toronto-based Commercial Lines Underwriter with 2 years experience at a level 2, 6 months experience in mid-market. What is a fair salary for someone with my experience, on the open market today?

My boss the general manager is setting me up at work. She is saying all this stuff about me that is not true at all. But when I come into her shift or come into my shift after hers nothing is done for me. A lot of the prep is not done. And she complains about me not doing the prep. Stuff Is still dirty. One day she left the grill on. Etc. There was another manager there training to run another store and she said I basically do a lot of the work while she doesn't do much. So she stood up for me.

I started a new job last week and still have no idea what I am doing. My manager is never in the office. I am just going there and sitting on my chair and doing nothing. I am thinking of looking for another job. Any advice
