Every time I review my slide loop with my manager before presenting to the principal, the M provides limited to no comments, and then the P has dozens of comments, it looks like I haven’t done a good job. The M should know what the P likes as they’ve worked many times together. Happened 3-4 times already and starting feel like the M is doing purposely so the P doesn’t view my work positively.
