Hi folks, i cleared the Accenture consulting (ACN) interviews and hr told me that I'm being considered as an experienced consultant. How do i know for sure that it's not an entry level, because it's not on paper right? Is there any interval leveling?
Also the HR told me that I would be eligible for the appraisal if i join before 30th April. Will the salary push them to promote if you start breaching the ceiling? Accenture
Hi Adidas Family,
Do you have any idea about internal transfer process? I have joined Adidas recently and looking for internal transfer to Amsterdam office.
FYI.. I have one more counter offer for UAE and they are ready to give me 75L INR.
+if I get the transfer, how much I can expect for M4 profile?
How common are layoffs in big law?
How variable pay paid in Infosys.
I'm joining Infy next month and in offer letter I see, 50% of variable pay is guaranteed in first 6 months of probation. Since I will not be eligible for coming year appraisal evaluation, does that mean I won't be getting more than 50% variable pay?
Please let me know what are the criteria in variable pay.
Also one more doubt, as I will not be eligible for hike this coming cycle, will I get a better hike in next cycle? Infosys

I’m a black woman and I am reeling over George Floyd, but personally my mind can’t stop thinking about what happened to Breonna Taylor because that could’ve easily happened to me. This is clear injustice as well and the protests should continue. Not enough people are speaking about her. If you don’t know about this story, then READ. https://justiceforbreonna.org/
If you ask for a raise, you acquiesce now to being the sole person capable of, and responsible for, that institutional knowledge.
The layoffs were to save money, not spend more on existing resources.
If you value your time and sanity, ask what it takes to hire a new person. Then they will still view you as a team player when they offer to give you the raise as a way to keep you happy without the support.
If they give you the support, at least there is a chance that things will get better and set you up for a longer term senior role.
They’ve opened 4 new roles for my team, but the rate they have back filled for people on my team that had left is incredibly slow - 1 every 6-12 months. They are willing to hire people but bad at making it happen - in huge part I believe due to pay as well.
Will you leave if they don’t give you a raise? That might be your answer.
Fair point. And probably yes at that point
