They say diet is everything so I went on the See Diet...eat everything I see! For some reason its not working
Calories in vs calories out, increase activity and limit moderately your intake of calories so you are spending more calories during the day that you consume.
Eat less than you burn: eliminate artificial sugars, processed carbs, alcohol, and dairy. Stick to high protein meals, intermittent fasting with lots of hot water with lemon or bubbly water throughout the day to stay hydrated! I love green tea in the mornings, if you snack at night try something light like popcorn rather than chips or cookies etc. Hope this helps!
Whenever I feel off track I always jot down what I eat in a day for a few days just as a baseline to see where I can eliminate those not so great foods!

KPMG1 yes I did except white rice. May be I should move to brown rice. Thanks for the suggestion
Do some exercise in the morning (running, push ups, burpees) and avoid carbs after 4pm. Works for me
