I do not think it’s risky, it’s strategic. I have been on the other side of the table for interviews and love when people mention our networks because it shows interest and knowledge of the company. Also when I interviewed at companies, I did the same, and never had backlash, it always brought a smile to their face because I would talk about it passionately. I would name other things you like about the companies, of course, but companies invest a lot in these networks for many reasons, attracting talent being one. And if you say it and they don’t like it, I can guarantee that you do NOT want to work there.

Yes. I value MBB’s commitment to the community, resources they provide, and culture around…. I think it will help me thrive… you take a small risk if one partner isn’t into it but overall it is fine. I did this in my interviews and it will filter out the places you wouldn’t want to work at.

Thank you all! I will mention it and if they don’t like it then you’re right, it’s probably not the place for me!
