Let's start an argument. Working 100% remote absolutely downgrades your interpersonal relationships with coworkers, execs, and clients while also keeping you within your own bubble of assigned areas and not allowing you to hear conversations about other areas to develop you further. We need to be back in the office 3-4 days a week for our own best interest. Yes we've proven we can do audits virtually, but our staff have suffered tremendously in their development these past 2 years.

I’m unassigned for a whole month but roll onto a new job after and have a busy season in my schedule for 2021. Should I be worried about this month of downtime?? In times of COVID layoffs?

Remember when COVID was a thing?

Anyone go through a period of just feeling low/blah/numb? I'm sure it's exacerbated by COVID restrictions. I hadn't experienced this feeling until the last few months of 2020. (I don't think I am capital D Depressed, although I have never felt this way before so am not entirely sure) Edit: In case it's relevant, recent blood work was normal except for slight vitamin D deficiency - taking a supplement at dr.'s suggestion. On oral BC but have been for years.
