Honestly it forced me to drink less and workout more (mostly due to boredom). Realized I have a few months to get into good shape so I’m gonna return to the office next year looking completely different (losing about 15 lbs and putting on some muscle is the hope)

First two months were crazy - every night.
Then I took a vacation for a week in July. But suddenly after that, I was able able to drop it down to just weekends (pre-covid level).

Nope, still drinking responsibly every day. Unlike many Americans, other cultures can enjoy a glass of wine without getting getting wasted or feeling an alcoholic
I think a lot of people increased their drinking initially and then realized it couldn’t become permanent. Also with not travelling there’s no hotel bar/team dinners/airport lounges so that trims down the triggers
Surprisingly have become more health conscious and have seriously cut down on drinking
Went from only drinking on the weekends (and occasionally at team events) to at least a glass of wine every night.

I cut down my drinking from 2019-2020, only drinking about 1-2 times per week. Since May, I drink about 3-4 times per week, but my two year relationship also ended during Covid, so that also plays a role.

Gone down dramatically. Not because I intended to be healthier. I hadn't drank in almost four months and then had two scotches. I think I felt the room spin. Luckily no hangover but realized how much I use to drink while traveling. Then again, I exercised more when I traveled also. Go figure
I still drink almost every night, but my consumption has gone down significantly. I’ve been working out and tracking calories (-16 pounds and counting), so I find I’m set after a beer or glass of wine since I don’t want to blow my progress.
Yes (although this was a combo wife/covid driven initiative). Now drinking only twice a week, never on consecutive days, limit to 2 drinks of 2 fingers of whiskey at a time.

Yep. About 4 days a week. Only one day is a serious commitment to really go after it. That’s usually Friday. All other light days are 1-2 drinks tops. Also increased my workouts significantly so it likely cancels out.
One glass of wine as soon as 5:00 PM hits. 😂
