I recently got a job offer while the salary is good they are only offering 40hours of PTO until the first year is up then they offer 80hours, is this normal? Hey BA friends! I work at a small agency and we’re doing a shoot end of the month. Normally all of our production insurance is covered by liners but for some reason this shoot clients are asking to see our production insurance policy, which we don’t have. My daughter joined a large company and was told she could add her domestic partner onto her benefits. Now they are saying she has to file affidavit for common law marriage. Her state does not recognize common law marriages. Can they offer the benefit to only those that live in a state that recognizes common law marriages? Seems discriminatory to me.

I don’t think that most people they find in the lake went in it willingly. Water makes it too easy to cover up murders. Washes away evidence. But it’s dismissed because most people they found had also been drinking. But people just disappearing miles away from the Lake don’t just fall in it. Yes, suicide happens. But many of these cases show zero signs of anything like that. The constant MO is being out with friends having fun. The friend vanishes. Then is found in the lake weeks later.

I got offer from CTS. But Hr is asking to provide form16 or pf statement for all my previous companies, else my background check will fail. Is it true?
I can provide these for my current company, but difficult to get for earlier ones, since it's been almost 10 yrs I have left them. I have written to hr of previous companies but no response yet.
