I anticipate receiving a tentative offer from the DOD. I'm trying to figure out what I should negotiate. All of the listed items below at once? Or would it be wiser to be strategic about what elements to try to get first? Any inputs are greatly appreciated.
1. Salary
2. Permanent Change of Station (PCS) Expenses
3. Student Loan Repayment Program (SLRP)
4. Signing Bonus
5. Annual Leave: Rate of Accrual

Hello all, I've recently had an interview with Cognizant for the AS400 developer role. I've completed my 1st round which went for more than an hour. Now I got a confirmation that I'm shortlisted and the team will reach out for the L2 discussion. So, does it mean it is a managerial round or an HR discussion. Appreciate your response on this. TIA!!
I had a call HR discussion last week with HR/finance associate(not sure about his role), We had a discussion and he asked me if I had any offers and asked to share the offer letter to get approval for my expected ctc from his superior,
when can I expect any response from them, can I expect an offer from them, he is not replying back about the status of the offer.
