175k base + 15% bonus + 50k equity = 250k TC
Initial equity grant was 150k vesting over 4 years at 33/33/22/12. Equity refresh each year approx 60k.
That's probably the most generous comp package I've ever seen. How is your work/life balance? Workload? Stress level?
This chain made me realize that with 8 years of experience and 70k OTE and being the highest performing recruiter (corporate) that I am underpaid.

Pre IPO start up tech recruiter 4.5 YOE $155k base + $10k bonus + $7.5k RSU
Agency Tech Recruiter at a smaller firm, 55k annual but uncapped commissions. Total comp is probably about 90k, but I have coworkers in the 150k-180k range.

6 YOE, smaller size public company, IC4, 136k base no bonus, 140k equity vested over 4 years. Central Texas.
4 years?? They really want you to stick around.
WA State - 8 YOE, IC4, 123k base, almost 12k bonus paid out once a year and vested stock. Total Comp: 145k.
2YOE, corp. recruiter for PACCAR, 70k base w/bonus, stock option
5 years of experience in TA, 10 total YOE. I work for a medium sized consulting firm. I work remotely and currently live in MT. $96K base with a variable bonus of up to 10%.
