Early 20s. Have amassed around 100k in my 401k. I have been contributing pre tax and just recently this year did both pre tax 19,500 and 6k in my Roth IRA as well. Am I doing this correctly? Should I be contributing into the after tax bucket vs. pre tax going forward for next year?

Sounds like you're crushing it! You can look into mega backdoor Roth. Early 20s, time is on your side. Not saying to ignore the future by any means, but make sure you're living a little and not wound up too tight

Thanks for the advice - very appreciated!

Check if you can contribute post tax to your 401k and then periodically convert tit to your Roth. Mega back door conversion FTW.
