Early promoted S2 in technical accounting advisory looking for exit opps. I feel like I’m being dinged for YOE because I’m at 3 YOE vs my peers at 5/6 YOE. I know I’ll get promoted to M in December at the latest. Is it worth it to stick it out to M to get better exit opps

I am currently an Assistant Manager for my companies Operations department. I have been in the role since Feb 2018, initially as a Supervisor, and in the beginning of 2021 got promoted to Assistant Manager. Prior to this role I worked as a claim adjuster since the beginning of 2009. I feel my current comp for my role is underpaying me ($80k CAD), but wanted to ask here to get perspective.
