Eating the same healthy thing every day to eliminate the (bad) decision making process: overnight oats for bfast, salad for lunch, and grilled chicken & veggies for dinner. Thoughts or better options?

I season ground turkey like 100000 different ways and pair it with tons of baked veggies and a bit of rice for a filling “stir-fry” when I’m meal prepping.

MD1 great point, I think my relationship with food currently is based on emotional decision making and so I'm trying to tackle that. I'm hoping this is more of a system that I try to stick with 75% of the time with some flexibility to eat out with others as needed.

17 day diet recipes are still monotonous but at least some variety! Check out the online blog for some healthier versions and if you’re not familiar, obviously more about the diet. I lost 15 pounds sticking to it religiously and exercise, got bored with the food eventually so I switch it up with some variations they recommend that still fit the diet criteria and are pretty good.

Also - please have a cheat day. I fucking love
Chic fil a and I’ll be damned if there’s a day I turn down a 12 piece nugget meal

Hello,

I just wanna say that my head feels better since I take lion's mane extract. I stopped zoning out, I have less narrations in my head simultaneously. I can actually do tasks on almost time. If someone wants to try, it's mandatory to take vitamin c with it. It's a life changer for me. I wanted to share it.

I just got a job with Delta airlines and I had an accomodation request to work remotely as I am Immunocompromised. I provided all the neccesary documents to back up my request and letters and documents from my Dr. aswell. My request was denied because the team said they wanted me to have face time and one on one interactions with people from other team (which defeats the purpose of my request) because I have to limit those interactions to reduce the risk of infection. What do I do?

Can some suggest some good anti dandruff shampoo and anti acne facewash.

I developed job burnout after 3 years in a toxic firm environment. I left that firm and started working as an independent contractor at a different firm doing tax compliance. I’ve had patella tendinitis in my right knee and a calf strain in my right calf for close to 1.5 years now and no amount of PT or stretching is helping.
