Not sure what is in your salad. Maybe you could Add some nuts and other healthy fats like avocado.

I season ground turkey like 100000 different ways and pair it with tons of baked veggies and a bit of rice for a filling “stir-fry” when I’m meal prepping.
Agree with the above. Also maybe try different breakfast options ...eggs, spinach, etc
Also I wonder what this does for your relationship with food. Are you the only person that isn’t a foodie? How to you manage dating and team dinners? Is this a temporary thing?
MD1 great point, I think my relationship with food currently is based on emotional decision making and so I'm trying to tackle that. I'm hoping this is more of a system that I try to stick with 75% of the time with some flexibility to eat out with others as needed.

17 day diet recipes are still monotonous but at least some variety! Check out the online blog for some healthier versions and if you’re not familiar, obviously more about the diet. I lost 15 pounds sticking to it religiously and exercise, got bored with the food eventually so I switch it up with some variations they recommend that still fit the diet criteria and are pretty good.
Also - please have a cheat day. I fucking love

Chia seed pudding will have less carbs than overnight oats and I find it to be just as delicious!
