Stay away from Eisner everyone I know who worked there hated it. Don’t know much about citrin.
What’s the common complaint regarding working at this place ?
Definitely not Eisner lol
why, could you elaborate?

Are these snacks? I love snacks

Citrin if I had to pick
Citrin. I’ve had several friends over the years who really liked it. I know a partner there as well and he’s delightful. I considered going there years ago, but at the time the pay was much lower than Big 4.
I replied to a senior manager that works at Eisneramper, and it looks like my response to their question of why I tell people to avoid that place got deleted. I’ll tell you from my experience, there are senior managers and senior associates who are very condescending and are borderline walking HR violations. The best part is.. the firm knows about these individuals and know they drive away employees but refuses to do anything about it. So it should make you wonder.. do they really care about their employees?
Not sure which office you are referring to but I'm very shocked to read this.
Just come to crowe
Eisner, for tax is better than Citrin.
I would never goto Eisner
Do you mind sharing your experience on why you would never go to Eisner ?
I would point out both firms had private equity buy a majority stake, which I don’t like the idea of Personally. if I want to make partner in a firm I want the ownership and control to be with the partners.

Technically there isn’t a shortage because not everyone CAN be a partner, but I think there needs to be enough professionals that WANT to become partner so there are enough people that stay even with an expected attrition rate. How many upper level people in large firms are doing lower level work because not enough people are staying?
Been at EisnerAmper my entire career and I love it. Your career is honestly what you make it.
Yes
