I am a middle school social studies teacher and my husband is a high school art teacher. He has been an art teacher for a very long time and he’s not super proficient with Google classroom but I am. I have been helping him with lesson online resources & creating hyper docs for the lessons. He is struggling with the students not having a lot of supplies at home and how to have them create multiple day art pieces. he teaches at a low income area, how is everyone handling supplies to students?

Anyone else obsess over your next career move? I’m a senior associate in a niche BigLaw group in DC. I am just now hitting my stride and can really see a path to partnership. I handle my own matters relatively independently, am generating some business, and will inherit a large book of business in my favorite space in the next year or so. The problem is that this isn’t what I want, or at least what I think I want. (Continued in comments).

Beware folks, There is an unprofessional lady HR in axtria
1. Will proceed for interview even if expected CTC is over budget just to waste your’s & interviewer’s time
2. Won’t inform you even if you are selected by the hiring panel in case any candidate currently being interviewed has a lower CTC ask & makes promises without being aware of what she can get on paper just to give lame reasons post 4-5 rounds of interview. What's the most effective way for a small RIA to recruit FAs who have a few years experience, want to break away from large/corporate firms? I'm a $70M fee-only (commissions for insurance) independent RIA with a generous comp schedule that enables FAs to own their own book while they grow. As the owner, my focus is to help FAs succeed; as a firm, our focus is on client service and helping them succeed. I can afford a small salary, but not benefits. I'm especially interested in female FAs.
