I got an offer from Shell and they are giving me 22 fixed and 3lakh variable

Whereas Telstra is giving me 24 fixed and 1.5 variable

Should I go for shell or Telstra

sharks - I have cleared the interview for the MasterCard advisors department. I have 2 doubts:

1. Hr told me that the advisors department has something called MAIP for variable payout which is always higher than other departments (all others have SIP)? Can someone clarify this?

2. Also what about 1 month WFH policy. Is it given to all. And can we get it once every year?

I have given an interview in EY on 26th October, the interview went very well and interviewer also asked my salary expectation and location of choice. Any idea by how many days they generally inform if someone is selected or not?
