Not a check-in, need some help and guidance. So I am 26 years old guy, weight is 76kgs. But I look like my weight is around 85kgs (that's what my friends told me).

I want to lose weight and fat, target is between 65-70kgs.

I was thinking to do jump rope and do some strength training at home (I have dumbbells) and eat little less.

Please advise what routine should I follow to lose weight and fat? Is jumping rope enough to achieve the target?

We have signed a night nanny. Maybe it’s my hormones, but I start to worry that the nanny may get sick during her daily activities and pass it to the newborn. She is a responsible person and promises that she wouldn’t come over if she’s sick. But sometimes one can spread virus before the symptoms start to show. Any suggestions?

Just spent a week at Revelstoke BC and that place is ridiculous! They already had 27’ of snow so far this season and it snowed every day we were there. Not for beginners and endless tree skiing and cliff hucking (if interested). Great town vibe and worth the effort to get there. Visited Fernie BC on my last trip and highly recommend that place too!

Hello everyone! I am looking for advice. I am a C&B Team lead ( about 15 years of experience) but all my experience was in Russia. Now I got married and moved to UK , plus we have got a baby in 2019 so now I am looking for a job in UK having 3 years of career break. Although, I am getting CIPD lvl 7 diploma this year. - Hiring manager described company as “hot mess” to me multiple times
- Another team member told me “50% of days are bad days”
