Employer provides parental leave of 2 weeks for secondary caregiver. Just started exploring NY PFL. Looks like the eligibility is upto 12 weeks for New York employees. Pay can be a max of 100%. Wondering if anyone on H-1B has taken NY PFL previously. Any pros/cons/things to consider?

1. CGI - 25LPA +1L JB
2. Neev systems - 23LPA (5%VP)

Neev systems is ready to negotiate it with CGI. And both companies have their own benefits.

Neev's hike is good compared to CGI(almost double) & CGI have some additional perks like cab facility, Creche allowance, mobile, internet bills reimbursements and additional 5% shares.

Both might have similar WLB (12-9pm).

I’m have a new theory about why juniors always feel like idiots and wanted to see if anyone else thinks this makes sense. So something crazy happened to me last week. I was at the airport, and as usual on call after call.
