None of them are bad for you. This is a terrible misconception. Energy drinks if they have sugar are bad. Pre workouts just have caffeine and amino acids and sometimes nootropics. That’s GOOD for you

Sit down a reconsider the reasons you are working out to begin with. Ask yourself if it’s because you love and respect your body or if you hate it.
