Hi Guys,
Can anyone help me with an information on how EY INDIA provides variable to employees. I know it's 0-20%, so is it monthly ? or what kind of measures they consider in order to provide variable pay.
Also, suppose the package is 6 Lakhs, so can we say that the package is 600000 + 20% of 6 Lakhs = 720000. (As EY has 20% variable Pay)

Thanks in Advance !

Recently I got invited to an interview with a decent growing company. I work in Executive Search and I am thinking of switching to in-house recruiting. During the conversation the recruiter made some weird assumptions about my current job. The interview took longer than expected and I feel like I have not delivered well. Was I wrong to expect in-house recruiter to understand the differences and similarities between in-house-recruiting, professional search and retained executive search?

Additional Posts in Luxury Watches

Controversial question here. Anyone ever finance a watch purchase? More in particular a Rolex from an AD? Not fully sure if that is even possible. I know most will say not to finance, but if I could get 0% I don’t see why not.

I hate that I’m saying this but I really just want a beautiful watch that is horologically great but just has one pusher that sends a signal to your phone to do one specific task. I can’t tell you how often I’m out and about and I would love to just press a pusher on the side of a Tudor or something and it can’t just tell my phone to Shazam a song or something. I don’t want a screen, I don’t want it to be complicated, I don’t want it to be noticeable. I don’t have the answer, just the desire

Hey y’all. Would love to get some thoughts from people about buying vintage watches and what resources you might use to evaluate a piece before you buy.

I’ve only ever bought new watches but am in love with some vintage pieces. I’m not really sure where to start with resources to do my due diligence and ensure I’m not massively over paying or buying something that no watch maker today could really service.

Would love some thoughts from the bowl on any vintage buys y’all have done.

Thanks!
