3-5 is the sweet spot, at the SA role you should be able to manage work streams within an engagement, try to stick it out for maybe 1 more and prove you have that experience.
Yes it’s too soon if you want to move up rather that make a lateral move. Finish out another 2 years so you have the experience requirements to get your certifications and then hit the market hard.

I’d agree with PwC 1. You definitely could with SC title but having 1 solid year under belt will probably open more doors.
