I have done with all the rounds for SRE position with Oracle. I have uploaded all the documents for the bgv in the first advantage url. It's been 15 days. Since then I didn't receive any communication. The director told initially when he started the offer roll out process that there is a freeze going on and needs to get the approvals to get this done. How many days will it take to roll out the offer basically with Oracle India. Can some one please help me with info.

Accenture company feels to me a narrow minded for employees who are on GCP Program. Everything needs a project. So being in GCP, Employees wants to pursue more than just delivery role such as Business Development outside of project is not possible. For getting laptop, you need project WBSe. If you don't have project you need to repatriate, isnt this stupid? Also, if you don't have project no one cares about you. MDs just take care of its own project. Once you are out, You are left alone.
