I have an offer from epam , but havent done client round yet... Hr said.. there wont be any client round , project will be internal .. and they gave few codility tests for prep.... would you recommend me to join epam..in this current situation.....

Are there additional responsibilities once promoted to Project Delivery Manager?

Will I ruin my career if I let my boss know that my coworker in a group project hasn't been doing his assigned work? Just started this new job and the cowork started a few months before me. I work on an account that has not set management boundaries with our client. It feels like we’re a restaurant, where client is allowed to directly request whatever tasks they want anytime and everything is urgent. Theres a tendency to send “last minute requests” which are usually completed on time... which means I have to drop everything else in order to complete it. I’ve been told to even start working 1 hr before my working schedule... even though I find myself working overtime 1-2 hrs. HELP!

I found out today that our partially stimulated FET failed. We did Letrozole, Ovidrel trigger shot, Endometrin suppositories & Estrogen.

My one tube is blocked & other ovary had surgery & so doesn't respond well.

My RE now wants to do a Hormonal ERA to prep for the next FET. She wants to PIO now if I'm okay with it. I'm kinda scared about PIO but ready if it's gonna help.

1. Is there anything else we should be doing before the next FET?
2. My lining this cycle was 12mm. Is that too thick?

Seeing your guys posts have me really sad.. So I started at Rite aid 3 years ago at start of Covid when I lost my job (factory) closed with no experience or training.. I’m now MI state licensed, not nationally certified. I fought with the union to get raises in our district and they did give us pay raises on the first of the 2022 year. so making 13.50 with a 25 cent pay raise a year.. I love my job and coworkers and my pharmacist.. but seeing these pay rates y’all have I’m very disappointed.
