Ive turned down the same opp 2x in the last 8 months. 1st when the recruiter reached out, my comp ask was high. Came back 3 months later with a lower ask, got to an offer then declined bc my gut & family said the time for a change wasnt there yet. The decline and note back was all very cordial. Now everything says its time for a change. Is it at all appropriate to re-approach if the position is still open & mention the time is right & Im still quite fond of the opp? Or has that ship sailed now?
