Leaving B4 after a year to purse a careering in banking. I make low 50s in my current role (A2). We haven’t received comp adjustments yet, but I’m assuming we won’t due to COVID. My new role will be paying me 80. It is roughly a 46% raise. I am hoping I do not short change myself in the long run, however it sounds like there is a lot of room for growth (one of the biggest banks in the US). Anyone think I made a mistake not staying until senior? 40+% raise seems rare.

Question for all of those caring for COVID patients. My hospital has started considering positive patients as “negative” after 21 days of hospitalization regardless of how they test. Removing isolation completely. I’m extremely uncomfortable with this, is this the norm now??
