Honestly want to know if I am being unreasonable. My husband and I have worked f rom home since the start of the pandemic. Two kids 100% remote until two weeks ago when school started back up. I had to stop my work at 12:30pm every week day to make lunch for the kids and also made some for my husband to took it to his office nook. I typically don’t have time to stop and eat myself since I’m down at minimum those 30 minutes and I work in a bedroom so the smell of food in there is not desired…
Contemplating making a move at some point this year since the market seems so hot. Trying to assemble a list of companies to target. Not looking for new startups due to volatility factor. YOE: 12 Anyone have suggestions for me to look at in India or foreign companies offering a respectable overlap

I have just over 3 years of experience (2.5 as an Analyst and .5 as a software engineer) and all doing .Net coding. I live in the Denver area, and work remote. What salary is everyone getting for that kind of position? I make 97,000 with a 10% profit sharing bonus (up to 10%). I've also only been with my company under 6 months and got a raise when I got my current job. Any thoughts?
Any tips on working out before work and healthy eating/weight loss. I switched from OTF after work and got a peloton but have found I am not nearly as motivated. I thought I could work out on my lunch since I am WFH but it’s just not happening and then I’m tired after work plus CPA. My nutrition has also gone out the window so I really need any tips I can get as I just am not feeling good.
I’m all about that work from home life. However it is insulting and unprofessional when a colleague who is in the office blows off a scheduled meeting with you when you are virtual as they bumped into another colleague in the office. Anyone else noticing issues like this now that we are in this hybrid mode. How do you address it?

Really annoyed that during a majorly stressful campaign (for a client that quite frankly sucks lol) that in every meeting, forum etc Project Management isn’t EVER mentioned in the acknowledgements. I guess it’s normal but I guess since I almost lost my mind and had three anxiety attacks in one just one week alone I’m feeling salty. I can’t even begin to describe the mental, emotional and spiritual fortitude this took. Again I know I’m preaching to the choir, PM is such a thankless job but argh!
I am very conservative in investment. Have $650K in CDs/HYS, $50K in stock funds, and maxing out 401K. I have no debt except $520K of house mortgage @ 2.6% interest rate (house value is approx $1M). Does it make sense to pay out a portion of the mortgage or should I invest more in the market?
I really hope someone sends me one of the PwC holiday gifts. Mini drone, rosy candles, and the brownies esp in the PwC logo containers 👍🏻
Feeling frustrated. Accepted a new position a few months ago. Due to company guidelines I only received a small increase. There was no negotiating. I am now Realizing that my direct reports are making considerably more than me. (20-30% more). Curious as to strategies others have used in discussions with their leadership to address similar pay issues without ruining the relationship with leadership

Trouble networking virtually; I started recently, 3 months ago. I am not sure how projects/internal moves work but I was wondering if anyone has advice on networking virtually? I am finding it tricky because I don't know anyone apart from my team & I can't view Talent Marketplace because I am on a billable project, not sure how long it will go. I enjoy my work and not looking to move just yet, I wanted to see what else is out there and looking for opportunities to network with more people.
