No RSUs. What range would you consider as not low?

Yeah that’s confusing
At that level I would not join any tech company without RSUs

$155 is low to some of you with only 1 YOE? A PhD is impressive, but damn

This seems off. Ask them the level (e.g. something like L4, L5) and then go on levels.FYI to compare. If you’re young and single maybe you can make things work on less in SF but if you’ve got a family, that would be a tough salary there.
