Given 3rd round of interviews in wipro for change manager role. During HR discussions they asked me expected CTC I said 16.5 lakhs. However HR said they can offer only 14 lakhs including variables.I said 15 lakhs can be agreed. HR said they will get back to me

Just wondering if they reject my offer or re think?
Or shall except the offer. Please suggest.

Am I overreacting? I’ve been casually talking to this guy for two weeks. I missed his call today because was napping. Called back and told him I was tired and his response was “are you pregnant?” I said no and that was stupid. But it’s been bothering me all night and can’t figure out why. It bothers me when people make comments like this—why is this the first place their brain goes to? Why can’t I just be tired after a long week? It’s such a base comment.
