1YOE medical device NPI Lead looking for salary perspective

Mechanical engineering grad, joined a medical device startup that I had done co-ops at. 8mo into full-time, pivoted from engineering into more of an operations role doing new product introduction (NPI), now with 3 direct reports.

The combination of startup+medical device+NPI seems very unique and I'm struggling to find salary comparables. Currently making 75k but it feels very low given my new responsibility and impact. Any advice?

“I will get back to you by the end of this week” does that really mean “your not right for this position”? Because this whole thing is a waste of time. I’ve did these calls with 3 recruiters and is yet to hear back from someone. Today would be the 4th recruiter that I’ve spoken to. Does this practice annoy you guys just as much as it does us? Just scheduled a meeting to go over an offer for a Senior Engineer role. When asked what I would need to make in order to leave my current job, I said at least $160k depending on benefits (I know I shouldn't have given a number).

I make a little over $145k now, plus stock options, a monthly home office stipend (fully remote), and your usual health benefits.

Assuming their benefits are comparable to my current position, have I given up all negotiation power by providing the initial number?
