Hi Fishes, All round cleared at IBM and after PDM, HR provided some link to fill BGV form and no reply from HR since. She asked me to wait for week time. Are they directly releasing offer or they will ask for any salary slip, exp latter or other document before releasing offer latter? IBM

If you do this, you'll train that ghost bastard to respond.

I like this idea. Might try it.
I’m regularly on the other side of this. Bombarded with requests. Often on things the information can be got through other means. I physically can’t respond to all of them and not go into melt down. So I have to prioritise the important and urgent. Some go unanswered- I’m not even able to get a holding note back, and I’ll get there in a few weeks time when things settle slightly. If it’s urgent or important and I’ve not responded someone will have picked up the phone to me. If they could have solved it another way they might hopefully have done so.
My guidance;
- check your initial note was tight and succinct. Was the ask super clear?
- is this the only person who can help?
- could someone else have done some of the work that they just needed to approve, vs putting more work on their plate?
- have you tried giving them a quick phone call rather than email?
Good luck with it. I know it’s frustrating not getting a response (let alone action). I also don’t like letting people down and making them feel ignored, there’s simply not a way to get through the day otherwise.
If none of the above explains it, they might just be a rude @&£?!%.

I’ve actually done most of their work for them. Just asking them to check it over, really. And after weeks of follow ups, they can’t even acknowledge I sent them multiple emails. I’m leaning towards rude in this case.
