I had an appraisal in January and I wasn't happy with it. So, I raised a ticket. In meeting HR agreed to increase my CTC to the amount I had asked.
But I realised I had asked for less as my other friends have been offered more here and outside nagarro.

Me & SO are in early 30’s planning to relocate from Chicago to somewhere else. We do not have any kids yet, just 2 dogs and us.
