5. Get Drake Tax or whatever tax software you want

I wouldn’t charge anything less than $500. I would only charge less if it helps you gain confidence or you just want to. Yes, I’m sure it’s against company policy but it’s your friends and family.

SA: Any thoughts around how best to deal with underperforming staff who you go out of your way to train up yet they still do not step up (submitted work is below subpar, sign offline at 5 without getting things done). What are you supposed to do?

How do you deal with self doubt , performance anxiety, review comments? I try to go into every day being grateful, knowing they hired me for a reason, try not to make the same mistake twice. I feel like I’m never hitting a home run. I worry my higher ups are disappointed in me.
