As long as your vegetable intake has variety you should be fine. The most common benefits you'll get from fruits are fiber and antioxidants, which can also be found in vegetables. So just be sure to fill your plate with lots of color from veggies and you'll be good.

How does IF affect your fruit intake? IF only determines when you eat, not what you eat. Id suggest just throwing in some fruits and berries in between your main meals. I usually have a banana at 11am to start the day and then eat between then and 7pm. I used to have a more restrictive window but this works for me.

Most people would say fruit is healthy but super healthy people avoid fruit because it has a lot of natural sugar.
I had same issue. I started to eat 1 fruit with every meal. Eat the fruit first and then the food.
But I only took green apple and berries.

Your diet sounds great to me. Fruit has tons of sugar. My nutritionist reminded me that berries (like blueberries) and nuts are a good addition to get the variety you might be lacking with just veg and protein. They can be incorporated in shakes and salads easily.
