What was your experience during that window and leading up to (hopefully) quitting to take another job or getting fired? Do people just ride it out and accept their fate and interview their tails off? Would love to hear how they were treated, what mental toll it had, and how to accept you were getting fired before you got fired? And telling coworkers?
