1) what does "Named Item Added" mean? I thought it meant just that that the item has been added. However, the cell the item is in is throwing me off see question 2.
2) The cell it is stating has an item added is "A_Val". What is A_Val?

We have a boss who is from a non- data background and constantly promises data and analytics deliveries within hours. The client expects this now. We get nasty comments all the time how we aren’t performing - but how can we in this madness. Personally, 16-20 hours a day is now normal. We are all depressed and anxious. We have no life. Working this weekend. People are quitting, which makes it worse. If anyone complains they risk being fired. Some are on visas. Are there any labor laws for this?

Here’s a curiosity I always had… if you do analytics in an ad agency set up, working through reporting, deliverables, projects etc, is it your role to also upsell clients or at least introduce new tools and platforms to help the agency with scope and revenue?
