Every night I think about a lot of thing like i should learn more about my tech(3 yrs exp) which i am currently working on or learn about investing,stocks,crypto or focus on my health, do exercise etc etc. but next day I just eat,sleep,work, and watch tv series or movies and think jo hona hai hoga hi itna kya sochna and repeat😂☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️. Any suggestions to improve my self or motivate my self.Any one facing same issues?

My psychiatrist suggests I set up a 30 min appointment every time I need my ADHD medication refilled. I met with him the first couple of times but I feel its unnecessary given that I have been on the same dosage of Vyvanse for the last one year. I take medication on an as needed basis, so a 30 day supply lasts a couple of months.
Can doctors prescribe a years' prescription of these that I can refill every 30 or 60 days? Curious as to how it has worked for you.

I’ve been significantly stressed out since August and have lost a lot of weight for someone of my size. I love it but people are noticing. How do you stay physically healthy when under duress? I eat!

Anyone that takes a antidepressant also suffer or suffered from sleep issues / insomnia? If so have you had any success improving your sleep? I have tried multiple sleeping pills and don’t really help. I can usually eventually fall asleep, but I wake up multiple times in the night and then sometimes can’t fall back to sleep.

And I am being offered 20lpa in Amazon stocks spread over 4 years. My YOE=5 years and I am from DevOps background. When the salary discussion happened I didn't negotiate at all.
