If I don’t answer your email, don’t call me.
Maybe acid reflux
Thank you, I will!

Get an allergy test done. There are some mail order ones if you don't want to go to a doctor to do it. Food allergy is different than food intolerances if looking at a mail order food allergy test
Maybe you’re eating more spices than you’re used to?

Sounds like GERD.
Thanks, I didn’t know you could have GERD without heartburn.
Honestly? You might not be drinking enough water throughout the day
I experience the same thing and I’ve always wondered why! It’s only when I eat at Asian restaurants and usually with rice. But when I make rice at home, this never happens! I don’t think it’s an allergy (because I have an epi-pen and I know what an allergy feels like).
Have you noticed what foods/cuisines this happens to you with?

Yeah, as I understand it, the phlegmy cough can actually be caused by reflux (even if the feeling isn’t acidic or burning).
