I have a LOT of credit card debt. It has just grown over time and I can’t find my way out. So my unit (USAR) is doing in person Battle Assembly. Here's the crazy: Its a MUTA-8, so we all show up on Thursday at 0600. Half of us go to the range, half of us stay in the Reserve Center to do administrative tasks.
We flip that on Friday.

On Saturday, those that went to the range on Thursday come in, and they do virtual battle assembly on the Sunday. Flip that for those who went to the range on Friday.

As a junior, is it better to do work for a number of partners or try to build close relationships with just a few partners? I’m in M&A, and I feel like I’m constantly working with different partners. My firm is huge, especially the M&A group, and we have a centralized staffing system that people are required to use. But I also see that mid levels tend to work with the same partners and senior associates. At what point do I start trying to work with the same partners, and how?
