How do you learn what accommodations you personally need?
I don’t know how else to say like I need a project management tool like department wide since Our own projects are lacking effective/efficient project management. work is so disorganized and we are putting bandaids in concrete cracks. They won’t hire more analysts fast enough to shift the workload.

Hope all of you are doing well. I am a grad student pursuing MS in Data Science. I have 4 years of experience in business intelligence so I have strong knowledge of Data warehousing, ETL tools, PowerBI, SQL.
As a data science student, I have worked on project which includes wrangling of data, EDA, feature engg., implementing Machine Algo, etc. I know R and Python.
Now I don't get it why I am not getting any interviews. My resume score is pretty high. Someone please guide me.

I received an offer from B4 and have to provide my response by tomorrow. I’m still waiting to see if I will receive an offer from a smaller firm, because that’s where I actually want to work after learning about the project and meeting the team. Also the salary we spoke about is about $20k more than what B4 offered.

The pay is okay (37,500 currently living in WI) but for the amount of work I do even outside of the graphic and UI/UX- I feel that I am deserving of more. It’s been about 2 years since updating my resume - and then, I only did it for community involvement/leadership opps. Like most, I’m thinking about a transition. TLDR - what’s your best bullet point and take on a general catch all bullet “responsibilities include developing litigation strategy; drafting x y, z, and etc. motions; managing all aspects of discovery including x y z“ (obviously correct punctuation and no abbrev - cut for space) or should that be a given? 6 yrs here btw.
