Deloitte I'm working as Assistant Manager with lowest Salary that a Assistant Manager with 6+ years of experience. It's more of like a fresher or an analyst salary. I have been constantly approaching my manager but the only thing I hear is he will talk with HR and our AVP. The work culture is also more than 12hrs a day. I'm losing interest bcos of low salary and work load, I have a family to take care but the survival is too difficult. I request if anyone could refer me. Accenture Tata Consultancy Deloit
I am a senior consultant (Tech Consulting) in a Big4 (India) who is promised a promotion in October. I have an offer from Accenture Ireland at CL9 level. Is it worth making the move? I have started disliking the culture in my team and thus looking for a change. It would be great if someone could help me out with this. Accenture

Interesting. I haven’t noticed that. But I have often felt like an outsider because I’m not in the ‘I have kids’ club.
I’m the only single director at my agency. I don’t date, but I do have other things to do outside of work. I make a point of taking time to do that regardless of the fact that those responsibilities aren’t kids. My agency culture is fairly friendly to having a life, though.
Same.
Yup
That’s ridiculous. My colleagues who are married with kids won’t stop teasing the single people to date and get ALL the details on their dating lives. Do you have examples of such toxic culture? I find it hard to believe they are actively doing anything to discourage people to have what they have, especially when it comes to love and family.
Lol that reminds me of this account manager in my agency...she constantly asks the junior copywriter about his girlfriend (clearly unable to tell that he very visibly felt uncomfortable talking about it). To get her to shut up, he said she died. All this woman does is talk about her kid 24/7...Well her and all the other married ladies who work there 🙃
Shouldn't the married with children crowd need more time because of kids than the single and dating crowd?
My point is its silly to treat anyone differently
