Really afraid that MBAs will go back to remote and that I will waste the opportunity to get the time of my life
I am 30 and just got promoted to Senior manager. I think I am doing well but I feel I am driven more by pessimism, imposter syndrome, and fear of getting fired as opposed to a positive mindset and the desire to thrive in my career. I feel like I am suffering from some sort of a mental issue but wanted to throw it out here and get some advice to deal with this from the fishbowl fam as opposed to going to therapy. Thanks in advance for your responses!

Has anyone started utilizing therapy to make sure that you’re in the happiest/most useful mindset in this demanding job? Do most firm’s insurance cover and will the firm know (worried about stigma)?
Looking to Switch from Transfer Pricing into DDV, Valuations, or Operations consulting. Econ major. Worked as an equity research intern before joining the firm. Minor PE experience. Not sure if valuations is right for me but prepping for interview tomorrow. Any Advice?
What is it like working in PE? What type of work do people in this field normally do from week to week? Is the field generally taxing with tons of working hours or does it vary on company, industry specialization, team, etc. Currently a Big 4 management consultant and a head hunter reached out about a PE Equity Operating Associate role in the southeast region.
If you are hired for a project at a big company but it’s not long-term, how would you position/announce it on your LinkedIn? Announce you’re freelancing/self-employed or as a consultant for the big company?

Anyone interested in a temp (6 month contract, likely extended) Org Effectiveness and Talent role in luxury retail in NYC? Looking for 5+ YOE, title / salary commensurate with experience. Feel free to DM!
Hi all. I am interviewing for a position at 1 of the MBBs. The JD said, they needed someone with 1-2 YOE. I have 2 YOE. And I came across someone who has been hired at same position right after undergrad. They can obviously do so, I cant say its right/wrong. But now I am not getting a +ve vibe, as to if I go in I'd be working with a junior at same level. If I get through to the final stage, should I ask for a raise accordingly? How should I bring this up?

How do salary increases work at Big 4 if you come in an experienced hire? For example if I switch firms as an SA at 130k salary, what can I expect as an increase the next year since I’m not on the normal comp structure?
Found out my colleague I considered a friend threw me under the bus and told my manager I was causing delays with our project. This came as a surprise to me and I’m not sure how to handle this
